Update on infringements issued at the intersection of Nepean Highway and Davey Street, Frankston

On 19 October 2022 the Road Safety Camera Commissioner published the report of his investigation into road safety cameras at the intersection of Nepean Highway and Davey Street, Frankston. The report is available here

Victoria Police has decided to withdraw speeding infringements issued between 15 April 2022 and 16 June 2022 for driving at speeds of up to 60km/h, at the intersection of Nepean Highway and Davey Street, Frankston. Speeding infringements issued for exceeding the 60 km/h may still be enforced.

Customers whose fines have been withdrawn will be notified by mail. You can view the status of your fine online by logging into Your Fines.

If you have paid your fine in part or in full once the fine has been withdrawn a refund will be processed.

Due to the volume of fines, the withdrawal process may take up to 60 days. Any refunds will be processed as soon as possible.

Any demerit points applied to your licence will be reversed following the withdrawal of the fine(s). For information on the status of your driver licence please contact VicRoads.
