To see the details of your fines, click ‘Your Fines’ to log in. You will need either the obligation number, infringement number or court case number of one of your fines to log in.

Pay your fine

The fastest and easiest way to pay your fine is online. You will need the obligation or infringement number of the fine you want to pay.

Request to pay by instalments

If you can't pay your fine in full by the due date, you can ask to pay a certain amount each fortnight or month. This is known as a payment arrangement or payment plan.

Request a payment extension

If you want to pay your fine in full, but can't do it by the due date, you can ask for more time to pay it in full. This is called a payment extension.

Check your payments

If you have a payment plan or extension, you can see what payments have been made and what the balance is. Click Your Fines to log in.

Nominate the responsible driver

If you received a traffic camera fine and you were not driving at the time, you must complete the nomination form to tell us who was driving. You should do this quickly.

Infringement extension

If you only found out about a traffic or some other fines in the last 14 days, you may be eligible for an infringement extension.

Request a review

You can only ask for a review for certain reasons and must provide evidence to support your application.

Dispute your fine in court

If you have received an Infringement Notice for a fine, you can ask to have the matter heard in court.

If you didn’t know about your fine

If you just found out about an outstanding fine, there are different options for you to deal with it.

If you don't deal with your fine

You must deal with your fine by the due date. Find out what will happen if you don’t.

Update your address

Have you changed your address? By law, you must tell VicRoads your new address within 14 days of moving. You should also tell us.
