If you have received a fine and can't pay the full amount by the due date, you can apply for more time to pay. If eligible, this will extend the due date of the fine.

If you can’t pay your fine by the due date, you can ask to pay it off in instalments. This means you make regular fortnightly or monthly payments until the fine is paid off.

You may be able to combine all your outstanding fines into one payment plan.

If your fine is at Infringement or Penalty Reminder Notice stage, you can choose to have your matter heard in court. Before you apply to go to court, you may wish to consider requesting a review instead. If you elect to have your matter heard in court, you will no longer be able to request a review.
