    • Data on this website is updated once every 24 hours. If a recent fine or payment does not appear on this website, please wait 24 hours and check again.
    • Payments you’ve made may take 4-5 working days to appear on this site, and cheques may take even longer. If you are approached by a sheriff’s officer, you should provide them with evidence of the payment. Fines Victoria and a sheriff’s officer will not enforce your fine if you have paid.
    • You should deal with your fines as soon as possible. If you do not, enforcement action may be taken against you without further warning.
    • This summary may not show all your fines. Differences in the data we have been given, spelling of your name, address and driver licence may mean not all your fines are displayed here.
    • Some enforcement agencies do not ask us to enforce and collect their fines, so these fines will not be listed here. Refer to your fine for more details.
    • If the Sheriff or the Director of Fines Victoria detains and seizes your property or takes any other action against you, you may be liable for additional costs not shown here.
  • Change of address? Open / Close

Have you moved house recently? Under the law, you must advise VicRoads of your new address within 14 days of moving.

Fines sent to the address registered with VicRoads are 'deemed served', even if you no longer live there and did not receive them.

This means that agencies can take enforcement action against you if you have not dealt with a fine sent to an old address.

You can update both your licence and vehicle registration details online at VicRoads.

If you've recently changed your name, address, driver licence number or any other personal details, it may take some time for this change to display here.
