If you can’t pay your fine by the due date, you can ask to pay it off in instalments. This means you make regular fortnightly or monthly payments until the fine is paid off.

You may be able to combine all your outstanding fines into one payment plan.

If you were not driving at the time of the offence, complete this nomination form to tell us who was driving.

You should nominate the driver quickly. For some fines, you need to nominate within 28 days to avoid your licence being suspended. Once the fine becomes a Notice of Final Demand, it is too late to nominate.
