What to do if you received a fine from NHVR

The National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) is now enforcing No-Truck Zones on certain roads in Melbourne’s Inner West.

If you have received a fine from the NHVR, it will include an infringement number but not an obligation number.

If you want to deal with your NHVR fine by paying it, nominating the driver or asking for a review, the easiest way to do this on our website is by using an obligation number.

If you have received a penalty reminder notice or a notice of final demand the obligation number will be on this notice.

If you don’t have the obligation number, call us first on (03) 9200 8111 between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm weekdays, except public holidays.
