More security for online payments

Financial institutions are working together to strengthen security for online payments. When you make a payment on our website you may be asked to enter a one-time password. 

The one-time password is generated by your financial institution. You will receive notification of the password through the method you set up with your financial institution. If you don’t receive the one-time password or your payment is declined, reach out to your financial institution.

If you want to make a payment for a fine and can’t do it online, you can contact us by phone, 8am to 6pm, weekdays except public holidays.

If you haven’t set up a one-time password with your financial institution, you will need to do this before you can make a payment on our website.
