Family Violence Scheme

The Family Violence Scheme is an option if your experience of family violence substantially contributed to your fines.
The scheme allows you to apply to have your fines withdrawn if:
- you are a victim of family violence, and
- the family violence substantially contributed to you not being able to:
- control the conduct that resulted in the fine, or
- name the responsible person.
