An Enforcement Hearing Order is a fine-related order made by a court and referred to Fines Victoria for collection and management. If you would like further information on the court order, please contact Fines Victoria on (03) 9200 8222.
Payment
You can make a payment in person at the Fines Victoria counter at 277 William St, Melbourne or at your local Justice Service Centre.
Alternatively, you may send a cheque or money order with a copy of your notice to:
Fines Victoria
GPO Box 2041
Melbourne
VIC 3001
At this time, Fines Victoria cannot accept payment for these orders over the phone or online. We will be introducing these payment options shortly. Please note that you cannot make payment at the court that made the order.
Late payments
If you are late in making a payment, there is a risk that you might default. Depending on your type of Enforcement Hearing Order, Fines Victoria may register the outstanding amount for enforcement or refer it back to the court that made the order for further action. Your Enforcement Hearing Order statement sets out what might happen if you default on your payments.
