People who have not taken action on their outstanding fines may be contacted by Fines Victoria.

This early intervention initiative ensures that the public are kept informed about their outstanding fines and provides an opportunity to resolve matters before additional fees are added or enforcement action is undertaken.

Fines Victoria will only use publicly available phone numbers to contact people and will always complete a full privacy check with the person on the other end of the phone.
