Easier payment arrangements for Victorians

If you’re on a payment arrangement and incur an additional fine you may have been sent a text message encouraging you to add it to your existing arrangement.

More than 420 people were able to add a new fine to their existing arrangement in a bid to make it easier for people to manage their fines.

The text message sent by Fines Victoria lists the obligation number and a link for people to click on confirming they would like to add it to their payment arrangement.

The user friendly and proactive measure is just one way Fines Victoria is committed to making the system fairer, easier and simpler for the public to engage with.
