Call wait times down to new low

When you call Fines Victoria, you can expect to be answered within an average of a couple of minutes.
Since October 2018, call wait times have reduced so that callers are not waiting for extended periods to speak to a customer service representative.
It's part of our commitment to continue to deliver a high level of customer service to all Victorians.
The Melbourne based call centre is open from 8am to 6pm between Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
You can also request online a payment arrangement, apply for a payment extension, request a review, nominate the responsible driver or choose to have the matter heard in court.
