Call wait times down to new low

When you call Fines Victoria, you can expect to be answered within an average of a couple of minutes.
Since October 2018, call wait times have reduced so that callers are not waiting for extended periods to speak to a customer service representative.
Appropriate staffing levels in the call centre is part of our commitment to continue to deliver a high level of customer service to all Victorians.
The Melbourne based call centre is open from 8am to 6pm between Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
